You are warmly invited to join the 3rd Scottish Ultrasound Annual Scientific Meeting, hosted by the SINAPSE Ultrasound topic group and sponsored by COMULIS, on Friday 27th August.
This year, not only will the event will be taking place virtually, but we will also welcome colleagues from the COMULIS network, an organisation specifically set up to promote the development of new imaging collaborations!
Plenary speakers have been confirmed as:
- Dr Perrine Paul-Guilloteaux, University of Nantes, France
- Dr James Choi, Imperial College London
- Dr Andrew Feeney, University of Glasgow
As usual we are inviting abstracts to be considered for oral or poster presentations on the following themes:
- Medical Ultrasound
- Automation & Ultrasound
- New Technologies for Ultrasound
Abstract submission is now open for oral or poster submissions across all areas of ultrasound research – please prepare a one page summary of your work (including: title, presenting author, background, methods, results, conclusion), indicating whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation, and submit via email (helen.mulvana@strath.ac.uk) by the deadline of 16th August.
***Please include ‘Scottish Ultrasound’ in the subject line of your email.***
As in the past we welcome those with abstracts accepted at the IEEE IUS conference to take this as an opportunity to practice their presentations!
The Scottish Ultrasound committee will also be awarding prizes for the best oral and/or poster presentations with two categories open for submission: PhD student & Early Career Researcher.
