Applications are invited for a Senior PET Chemist to join the recently established molecular imaging laboratory at the CRUK Beatson Institute led by Dr David Lewis. The mission of this new group is to use radionuclide imaging to understand metabolic reprogramming in cancer and to translate these findings into innovative clinical trials. The Lewis laboratory is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated and experienced chemist. This role will focus on establishing a range of cyclotron-produced carbon-11 and fluorine-18 labelled metabolic tracers for preclinical and clinical research with responsibility for PET radiochemistry systems and GMP radiopharmaceutical production at the West of Scotland Cyclotron Centre.
