Applications are invited for a post-doctoral researcher to contribute to a 2-year Wellcome Trust funded project working with Dr. Robin Ince. The project is titled “Beyond Pairwise Connectivity: developing an information theoretic hypergraph methodology for multi-modal resting state neuroimaging analysis.” This project will investigate applying multivariate information theoretic measures to resting state fMRI data from the Human Connectome Project and will also involve collection of simultaneous EEG and fMRI resting state data in Glasgow. Specifically, the job requires a high level of numerical programming and a familiarity with neuroimaging data and analysis.
