The Scottish Funding Council recently awarded strategic funds to a joint initiative involving SINAPSE in partnership with the Scottish research pools for Physics (SUPA) and Life Sciences (SULSA) to develop and expand academic-industrial collaborations in Scotland around optical imaging.
A Crucible-style workshop co-organised by the SUPA, SULSA, and SINAPSE will take place in Edinburgh on 2 April 2019, to explore the scope and potential for an ambitious expansion of optical imaging development in Scotland. Early-mid career research leaders from physical sciences and engineering, life sciences and medical imaging disciplines are invited to apply for a place on the highly intensive and interactive full-day Crucible programme.
The deadline to apply is 10am on Friday 8 March 2019. All applicants will be informed of the result of the application process in mid-March.
