This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful cardiovascular research group and drive forward Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Physics research. A keen individual who aims to go beyond state of the art is sought, as this post is part of a strategic expansion within the University.

Applicants should be highly motivated, ambitious MR physicists. They should have a PhD or equivalent in MR physics (imaging ± spectroscopy) in medicine and/or biology. Expertise in cardiovascular magnetic resonance physics is essential. MR Spectroscopy knowledge and interest is expected.

You should be able to work as part of a team and relate well to volunteers and patients. Registration as a Clinical Scientist under the UK Health Professions Council (or sufficient experience to make a successful application) is desirable.
