A Translational GMP Radiochemist position is available to support medical research at the Total-Body Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Facility Scotland. The role involves developing PET radiopharmaceutical radiosynthesis procedures and protocols within the Radiopharmaceutical Production Unit of the West of Scotland Glasgow PET Centre, for application in the GMP radiochemistry manufacturing facility. A key focus of this role will be the early-stage development of bespoke PET tracers, transitioning from research to GMP production, and transferring protocols developed in Glasgow to the Radiopharmaceutical Production facility at Edinburgh Imaging QMRI. This full-time, open-ended position is based at the University of Glasgow, with funding for up to 60 months.
