A position is available to lead the technical development of a platform which will transform access to routinely collected clinical images at scale for research purposes, working within the Health Informatics Centre at the University of Dundee. The role will be focussed on liaison between the recently-funded PICTURES and iCAIRD programmes, identifying the most effective areas to collaborate on research or project delivery, and turning these opportunities into specific deliverables.

This role needs specialist knowledge in medical imaging and data science and particularly AI. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to co-author academic publication at a programme level, as well as individual publications in their specialism. This is an excellent opportunity to apply analytical skills and experience in support of other researchers working on ground-breaking projects.
