Congratulations to Professor Edwin van Beek, who has been made a Senior Fellow of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM).
Professor van Beek is the SINAPSE Chair of Clinical Radiology at the University of Edinburgh and the Director of Edinburgh Imaging Facility QMRI. His research has a focus on developing novel imaging tools in cardiothoracic, oncologic and molecular imaging.
ISMRM is an international, nonprofit, scientific association whose purpose is to promote communication, research, development, and applications in the field of magnetic resonance in medicine and biology and other related topics and to develop and provide channels and facilities for continuing education in the field.
