The QIBIOMED Doctoral Training Programme, funded by the MRC, aims to train the next generation of scientists in Quantitative and Interdisciplinary approaches to biomedical science. The programme includes the following imaging-related research projects based at the University of Dundee:

Stratifying Patients by Drug Response in a large diabetic cohort using deep learning (Supervisors: Prof Manuel Trucco, Prof Ewan Pearson, Dr Jianguo Zhang, Prof Stephen McKenna)

Use of Machine Learning and Computer Vision to detect Cerebral Microbleeds in SWI MRI (Supervisors: Dr Jianguo Zhang, Dr Alex Doney, Prof Stephen McKenna)
