Stratifying high-prevalence eye diseases from images of the corneal nerves (Supervisors: Prof Emanuele Trucco and Dr Jamie Welch)
Brain image analysis: developing biomarkers using machine learning (Supervisors: Prof Stephen McKenna and Prof Douglas Steele)
Automated brain image analysis: mapping cerebral microbleeds for large-scale association studies (Supervisors: Prof Stephen McKenna and Dr Alex Doney)
